The Need-to-Know Before You Go
We can’t wait to see you at Star Lake! Here’s what to expect when you visit us:
COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE: The show will go on whatever the weather. Check our socials for any changes.
GATE TIMES: Check your specific event page for exact timings. Get here earlier so you can enjoy your night and not be stuck in traffic. With potential traffic delays, early arrival isn't just a suggestion – it's a concert-saving strategy.
PARKING LOTS: General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier or Reserved parking! Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue.
PICK UP/DROP OFFS: When dropping off a guest(s), stay in the far LEFT LANE when you arrive. The parking staff will direct you to the Drop Off area at the entrance ramp. If you are arriving in an Uber/Lyft, please notify the parking attendants so they may direct the vehicle to the designated Uber/Lyft area.
